The Mark of the Beast II

There are a good number of Christians who speculate that the beast worshipped in Revelation 13 is none other than Allah. Some believe in the final three years those who are still left on this earth will be forced into worshiping Allah and taking the Bay’ah which is the oath of allegiance to the Islamic faith. Those that do not worship Allah will be beheaded and those who are running from capture will not be able to buy or sell unless they have the mark, number of his name.

In the Islamic faith Allah is the name of the One true God and the Holy Quran is the only divine book in the extant today in its original form. In Christianity there is more than one term to make reference to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; however, in the Islamic belief nothing else can be called Allah. To a Muslim, Allah is the Almighty, the only Creator and the Source of all creation in the universe and nobody is equal to Allah and has not begotten anyone.

I believe what the Muslims are doing is just a sign of the times that we live in. It’s a test of our faith for all those who are being martyred for the testimony they keep. This should also be an eye-opener for those of us in America who have never experienced that sort of violence before. We know from scripture that this too shall come to America.

Mark 13:9, “But take heed to yourselves; for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.”

THE WAYS OF SATAN

Let’s take a moment and talk about the ways of Satan. Christians and followers of Christ are not the only individuals who will die for their faith. There are plenty of witches, Druids, Wiccans, priestesses, and other non-Christian religious sects who will die for their faith and will not denounce their gods and goddesses for anyone. They too take pride in the worship of their deities whether it’s the God Ra, Horace or the Lwas such as Ogun, Obatala, Erzulie or one of the Goddesses Isis, Akasha or Diana, just to name a few, and will not denounce their faith or deities.

As we view the world news we can clearly see that nearly 40,000 Yazidis fled out of the grips of ISIS militants who view them as “devil worshippers” and infidels. The Yazidis are followers of an ancient monotheistic religion derived from Zoroastrianism. They worship one God and honor seven angels and reject the idea of sin, the devil and hell itself.  Muslims regard them as “devil worshippers” because according to their tradition the Yazidis revere an angel who refused to obey God.

As we notice, Christians are not and will not be the only ones who will not bow down to the Muslim beliefs, traditions and way of life. Now, if we look at how Satan works, what would be the point in giving them, non-Christian religious sects, the mark of the Beast? They already have the mark of the beast!

If a person is a witch, even though that person dies for their beliefs, they already have the mark of Satan! Satan already has them because they are doing the opposite of what Jesus instructed, breaking the 1^st Commandment and keeping their eyes of Jesus. They may not be worshipping Satan directly saying, “Hail Satan;” however, they are in Satan’s backyard. If they are killed for their practices then they have been martyred for their beliefs.

We know from the Book of Enoch, which most Christians view as non-scriptural, the fallen angels, Armaros taught men how to raise spells; Barakel, taught mankind divination from the stars and Azzael taught the magical arts along with Uzza. Therefore, anyone who practices the magical arts rather good or bad is already friends with followers of Satan. Satan will not harm them for they are already on his team! Even though they may not worship Satan directly as the Satanists worship; however, they are worshiping his image along with the angels who fell with him.

We have to think and use a bit of common sense. Christianity is not the only religion whose followers were, is, and will be martyred for their faith and it is foolish for anyone to think so. Because a great many of Christians think inside the box the full picture is never revealed. This leaves room for speculation and fabrication that is oftentimes presented as fact.  

If it did get down to the final moments in this age as we know it; Satan probably would not care if there was a visible mark, because at this time he has deceived many that dwell upon the earth with his many miracles and great wonders.

Revelation 13:12-13, “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them whichdwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of me.”

Now, if a person has been a witch or in the magical arts for a great length of time witnessing great wonders and miracles will not be an oooh and an awww for them because they are accustomed to seeing peculiar events on a regular basis. It will be the Christians who will be star-struck and quickly deceived. The subtle mark and image of the beast, hidden from most Christians today, is paving the way for them to gladly accept the final ultimate deception.

As I stated in a previous article the deception is already here subtly. It’s believing that money will solve all your problems rather than Jesus. It’s believing you need more material items in this world. It’s indulging in the cares and lusts of this world and not focusing on a new world and a new Jerusalem.

It’s being huge fans of celebrities, government officials, sports teams and your possessions. It’s accepting those things that go against Jesus’ teachings. It’s adhering to the traditions of man rather than the commandments of our heavenly Father.

Let me give you an example: Remember when Obama won his first presidency term? People were cheering, some were crying profusely, many were jumping up and down, most were waving their hands and American flags in the air, some were yelling and screaming with joy, many were clapping, some were blowing their car horns, some were toasting with their wine glasses and beer mugs, some were literally running with amazement and some—bowed down.

His second term pretty much the same you had a great many wanting to help at the voting booths and help with his campaign. Many were wearing Obama t-shirts, had cups made with Obama’s face on it, pictures were cut out of magazines to make a collage of him and his family. Pencils were passed out at elementary schools, women in sororities were literally begging Michelle Obama to join their sorority, posters and statutes were made of Obama, some were made with just his wife, people threw parties celebrating his victory and now—streets and centers are named after him.

Now, I’m not suggesting that President Obama is the anti-Christ or the beast of Revelation I’m making a point…okay.   Do you see how many, many people flocked after this man?! If you just think about it President Barack Obama has a lot of supporters and fans. If you say anything negative about him his supporters and fans might chew you alive!

Think of how President Obama wooed the crowd! He literally has sung to the crowd and wooed them with flattering gestures and remarks of promise, change and peace. He literally had the entire crowd chanting Yes, We Can! Imagine, at the same time, what would have happened had he made fire come down from heaven! Think how many Christians would denounce Jesus for Barack Hussein Obama. If Obama can woo a crowd with simple flattery just think what the beast will do in the last of the last days!

If you are wooed by words then you will be quickly deceived and probably already are deceived in most areas of your life. If you are a person who tends to follow the crowd, follow the masses then you probably will be deceived. If you have to wait to see what your pastor has to say or find out what he or she thinks about a situation before you make a move, then you will be deceived. If you rely on the news CNN, FOX, MSN etc., then you will probably be deceived. If you are passive and most of the time you are waiting for a nudge or push or need your hand held for most things then you probably will be deceived.

SOLDIERS FOR THE FAITH

Today, we have to be bold in our faith. We must stay in the Word, pray fervently, repent, fast and think on the Most High God who created the heavens and the earth. We have to know that Satan will manifest in the flesh before Jesus cracks the clouds. We have to know for certain that Satan’s image is all across the world today.

We know that Jesus’ kingdom is not of this world. We must know for certain that we are not living in the kingdom of Jesus. Jesus is not ruling this kingdom. When Jesus returns He will rule over all nations and become the King of kings and Lord of lords.

We know when Jesus returns he will sit on a white horse and will be clothed in a vesture dipped in the blood of the slain. Upon his vesture and upon his thigh will be a name written KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Jesus will return along with his armies that were with him in heaven and they too will be on white horses and clothed in fine linen white and clean. Revelation 19:11-14;16, “And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood; and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.”

This is what we will see among many other signs when Jesus returns. If you do not see these then it is not Jesus it is the anti-Christ. All Christians should familiarize themselves with what it will look like when Jesus returns. All those “nice” messages that we have received from many pastors and teachers over the years are all good and noteworthy; but now, it is time to get down to business.

All of the saved by grace through faith sermons…okay. What Christian hasn’t heard that message before?! I am completely in awe over how many pastors and teachers are NOT preparing their congregation for the spiritual battle today, the deception of yesterday and the escape for tomorrow.

I don’t understand that!!! I can only assume that they do not want to lose members or are afraid of what their members will think or say. And I wonder if that is why so many Christians will fall for the grand deception and take the mark because they are not being informed of the times we live in. If any of you readers are in a place of worship that is not preparing you for these times then you may want to take the initiative and educate yourself.

Today, knowledge is at your fingertips and there is really no excuse for any person to be in the dark about what is going on in the world. You may have to do some extra digging and research but nobody especially Christians, should be in the dark regarding these times. When it all boils down to it, you’re responsible for your own salvation. If you’re waiting for your pastor to provide you with scriptures that support what a lot of Christians are discussing today, if your pastor has not discussed it yet, good luck with that.

Isaiah 9:16, “For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.”

We live in world with those who have and with those who have not. We are quickly coming into a world that will consists of those who have prepared for this time and those who have not. 

We know Marshall Law is coming, we know civil unrest is coming and is already here in some states, we know disease and famine is coming, we know that all of these are precursors for the acceptance of the image and mark of the beast. But you will never know that these are precursors if you’re sleeping and/or rejecting knowledge.

Many tend to state and believe that those of us who are looking at endtime events are simply spreading fear and doing nothing more than fear-mongering and spreading doom and gloom. Well, for those faithful believers in Jesus this is not doom and gloom for it is a magnificent time for believers who are ready to go home to our Father in heaven and live peacefully with Him in His kingdom forever. For those who believe it’s fear mongering and knowing what is going on across the country is fearful to you than perhaps just continue listening to those “nice” messages and wish for these events to be non-existent.

Americans Will Suffer Tribulation

Jonah 1:1-2, “Now the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying. Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.”

There are many Christians and followers of Jesus the Christ who truly believe that all the mayhem and Christian prosecution happening in the majority of every other country will not come to America. Sadly, there is a great deal of loftiness with many Americans. As an American I too had this characteristics and I believe it’s a characteristic that just comes from being an American.

I have been guilty of watching the news regarding famine, disease and genocides in other countries and saying, “Glad I’m not living over there,” and that was as far as the concern went. Of course I never wished bad events on anyone and I honestly believe the majority of Americans want the best for everyone; however, if it’s not in our backyard—literally, it’s—somewhere over there and we move on. Again, that type of thinking just comes from being an American.

We have been the super power of all nations. America is the country where others have flocked in order to obtain the American Dream and make a better for their families. I remember growing up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan where the majority of dads either worked for GM, Chrysler or Ford…and life was good!

Growing up the only things most children in the area had to concern themselves with was getting the left over food out of their lunch box, what trail will we take to go bike riding, what will we wear to Bob-o-lo Island (amusement park), what new dolls or doll house can we talk mom or dad into buying for us, and the main thing we had to concern ourselves with was…being in the house before the street lights came on—or else!

Living in Florida you get the opportunity of meeting people with different ethnicities, cultures and traditions. It was through the many years of living here, moving from the North to the South, where I could really appreciate the different cultures and ethnicities while humbling my beliefs on other cultures and ethnicities. When you grow up in the North a great number of us have this notion that we’re better than those who grew up in the South. This notion of having better education, skills, mannerisms and just overall status simply comes from being an American.

America has gotten to a point where everyone is better and knows more than the next person. Where truth sounds more like a fable and fables sound more like truth. II Timothy 4:3, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

As humans we enjoy messages that sound good and tickle our ears and make us cheerful and happy. Any messages that make us look at ourselves or the bigger picture of an issue as humans we will turn away from hearing messages as such. There’s a reason why Jesus stressed repentance, for the kingdom is at hand. Oftentimes, we enjoy messages or teachings but sometimes there’s a part of us that knows deep down—hmm, something is wrong with this teaching but as humans we ignore it and wish it away because it feels good to the ears!

A great many has become cold hearted, insincere, plainly out for themselves, a lover of themselves and filled with greed and lusts…and this is the world that we live in. With all this technology and the luxury of everything being at your fingertips has gone way over the top.

Times have drastically changed within a few short years. There was time when you could just turn the television set on; now you have to pay to watch local television. We text more than talk and we email more than physically writing to our loved ones. When we think about it, what we do on a daily basis is no different than what a robot could do if designed and trained.

Honestly, with all the technology, there is really no need to think or use common sense the computer or electronic device will do it all. We don’t have to remember our relatives or friends’ phone number for it’s programmed in our cell phone. We don’t have to map out our travel route; the GPS will do it all for us.

There was a time when the television networks went off air at midnight; now we can watch television all day and throughout the night. There was a time when people were literally keeping up with the Jones’ and now they’re literally keeping up with the Kardashians! The United States has become a place where you’re forced to upgrade what you have every couple of years. We’ve become dependant on our—stuff.

America has become very relaxed and lofty and will soon have to be humbled. I hear and see the comments of my fellow Americans stating nothing will ever happen to America it can’t we’re too strong. I have even seen and heard comments of people saying, “ISIS won’t come here! Their not that bold!”  I usually never comment on those types of statements sometimes or I simply reply with, ‘Think again’ as I think about one of leader’s messages to Americans:

“I say to America, that the Islamic State has been established, and with god’s permission, it will not stop. You cowards, if you are real men, we are here on the ground. Don’t send your drones, send your soldiers whom we have humiliated in Iraq. And with God’s permission we will humiliate them everywhere. And God willing, we will raise our {ISIS} flag in the White House/”

According to the report on CNN this is highly unlikely that they will raise their flag at the White House and the United States officials are not looking at the possibility of anything happening beyond Iraq. Does this sound familiar?! Revelation 13:4, “…Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him?” I’ll say it again, this type of attitude displayed by our leaders just come from being an American. Most people don’t believe or consider the idea that something could happen in America. But we know that history repeats itself—with different characters and different settings.

We have to remember America, Mystery Babylon, (Revelation 17:16-17) is overthrown and destroyed by God’s enemies forever (Jeremiah 51:26). At some point in time this will happen. With each generation that passes we get further and further away from God and closer to the coming of Jesus.

Hosea 4:1-2, “…because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. Bu swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood. Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.”

We can see Bible prophecy unfolding right before our eyes—if your eyes are open. We are so close to the birthing of a new age. We are no longer in birth pains but now it’s time for the actual birth. As believers in the Word of God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob we need to—get ready! We have an appointment with the Most High God.

WHY AMERICA

Matthew 12:39, “…An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:”

In the Book of Jonah we read that Jonah was to arise and go warn the people of Nineveh of their wickedness and idol worship. Thus revealing to them that their sins went up before God and God was planning to destroy them and have their city overthrown unless they repented and turned from their wicked ways. And this type of destruction is not new or out of character for the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. When we hear about the wickedness of cities in the Bible and God’s plans for their wickedness, which always is some type of destruction, I can’t understand why it’s so hard to believe that one day God will judge America!

All the wickedness that America does in the sight of God will one day be judged and the people will be humbled. There will be much weeping and mourning under the sun when that day comes.

I understand that a great many Americans love this country and will fight for this country to their demise. As an American I understand but a great majority of Americans have forgotten all of the wickedness, bloodshed, and malicious acts that have been done by our leaders, politicians, law enforcement and the citizens as well.

So one can’t possibly believe that our heavenly Father will accept sex trafficking. Once can’t possibly believe that God understands and accepts the 3,000 abortions per week. We definitely can’t believe that God is happy with a homosexual pastor leading His flock. Perhaps there are some that do believe God is happy with the ways of America…I don’t know.

Isaiah 26:11, “LORD, when thy hand is lifted up, they will not see: but they shall see, and be ashamed for their envy at the people; yea, the fire of thine enemies shall devour them.”

A person can’t honestly believe that God has forgotten all about slavery and the innocent murders and lynching of young children, women and men. A person can’t truly believe God has forgotten about the Native Americans that were slaughtered supposedly in the name of God while many Americans stood by and--watched. A lot of people don’t realize that although there are/were a great many Native Americans who follow different paths, a great number of them were followers of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob but their style of worship was not considered—correct.

Deuteronomy 32:43, “Rejoice, O ye nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land and to his people.”

God has not forgotten about all the innocent lives that were taken on American soil.  Hosea 7:2, “And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own doings have beset them about; they are before my face.”

We can’t possibly believe that the Father of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob willingly accepts the marriages of two men or two women unified in the house of God! One can’t possibly believe that God will accept and turn a blind eye to another Sodom and Gomorrah way of life!

In God We Trust is displayed on currency which the lack thereof and the more thereof has led to the deaths and trafficking of many. And many of my fellow Americans boldly yell, “God Bless America!” Really! No Christian would actually have the audacity to believe that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob would bless this nation. Are we reading about the same God? The God that put an end to all flesh with a flood; the same God that rained upon Sodom and Gomorrah with brimstone and fire; the same God that killed Israelite men, women and children in the wilderness…surely anyone who boldly states God Bless America is referring to another God!

Jeremiah 51:9, “We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up even to the skies.”

There are more examples that I could give proving why judgment has to come to America but if you’ve been living in America your entire life there are plenty of examples you can offer as well. A person can certainly pretend that none of these things happened and are still happening today but just because a person pretends and wishes past and current events away doesn’t mean they never existed and it certainly does not mean that it does not exist today.

Right now America is a nation divided and we all know that anything divided can’t stand. A family divided can’t stand and a nation divided can’t stand and will surely fall. Right now our leaders are intentionally pushing division with race relations; we are divided in the political arena; we are divided by social status and class; we are divided even in our churches where division should not have a home.

Religion and race has been America’s biggest divisions. In the name of God the KKK, along with law enforcement and other citizens killed many Blacks, Native Americans, Jews, and other non-Whites—in the name of God and purity on American soil.

And now America will fall in the name of Allah; and it will be overthrown by a different race than our leaders; and it will be destroyed by our heavenly Father’s enemies according to His Will. 

The angels and saints in heaven and people standing afar off rejoice at America’s fall (Revelation 18:10, 21). There’s something to be said about. What could a nation do that would make the angels, prophets, and apostles in heaven rejoice at her fall?!

Revelation 18:20, “Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.”

That’s a hard message to take in and it certainly is not a message to tickle the ears truth never is. As I stated prior just because we sweep events under the rug it doesn’t mean that event has vanished for one day that rug will be moved and the event will no longer be hidden.

GET READY

As believers in Jesus and the Word of God we don’t know exactly what will happen on each given day of God’s judgment in America. But we do know that God’s judgment is coming. When God’s judgment comes on the land many will not believe it is from God and will say, “…Our hand is high, and the LORD hath not done all this.” Deuteronomy 32:27. However, the faithful believers because we are awake and discerning the signs of the times will know exactly what is happening and consider our latter end. Now is the time to repent, pray and fast.

We know we must still occupy until our Messiah returns. Spreading the Word, (not bombarding our message on others), and doing our part as believers in Jesus by the means and gifts that the heavenly Father has provided you with. And occupying doesn’t always mean going door to door, street preaching, writing articles, or having a ministry. There are many prayer warriors within the Christian community and some pray many hours throughout the day.

I strongly believe when certain storms are expected to hit an area and all of a sudden it turns without warning and then goes back into the ocean. I believe that was the hand of God redirecting the storm, answering the prayers of His children. Those prayer warriors who may or may not be members of a church but they fervently stay in prayer.

Repentance is very important in these latter days. As always use discernment in everything you do and our heavenly Father will direct you in all of your ways.

Luke 21:36, “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.”

Most people do not believe that something awful could happen until it happens. Some call it stupidity; some say because of weakness others believe it’s just human nature. A great many believe America is mystery Babylon and a remnant is preparing for her demise. They are preparing mentally, spiritually, and physically, while praying, fasting and discerning the times.  

We have talked much about what the word escape means in the Strong’s Concordance 1628. It means to escape, escape escaped, fled out or fled. It does not mean to be raptured out of this world.You can read my other articles on the topic if you choose. In this article I want to discuss preparation and the Lord’s Prayer.

In my last article Escaping the Great Tribulation I http://iwasgood.blogspot.com/2014/08/escaping-great-tribulation-i.html I listed some items that you may want to take along with you on your journey of escape. Many believe that Christians and believers in Jesus the Christ do not have to prepare for this day. Again, I will ask, what would have happened if Noah did not prepare for the flood? What would have happened if Joseph did not prepare for the seven years of famine? What would have happened if Moses did not prepare the Israelites for their journey? They each would have come into dire consequences.

As I mentioned in previous articles, I’m a firm believer that those who are found worthy to escape are those who know they have to escape. Look at the half of million Christian escapees from Syria, Iran and Iraq. At some point and time they knew they had to flee for their lives to safety. God has a plan for all of His children. Some will be found worthy to escape, others will be martyred for the faith and most will take the mark of the beast.

What constitutes one’s worthiness? Jesus knows his sheep and his sheep know him. However, during this time, based on Isaiah 26:10, favor will be shown to the wicked. “Let favour be shewed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness; in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD.”

In the Strong’s Concordance 7563 the word “wicked” means wicked, evil, guilty-wicked, ungodly, condemned and him that did wrong. While we are in our place of safety and living according to God’s will and law we will also allow those who are wicked, guilty and ungodly to enter our place of safety and provide care, necessity, kindness, shelter and/or food for them. And this is what we will do as believers in Jesus the Christ and Christians. We will show our love for others as Christ shows His love for us.

I want to take this opportunity to discuss how the Lord’s Prayer is so sufficient for us in these days (Matthew 6:9-13. Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, they will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread, and for give us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil for thine is the kingdom and power and the glory forever. Amen

During these times we want to keep our eyes, heart and mind focused on our Father who is in heaven. We don’t want to dwell on the things of this world or look back to the cares and lusts of this world as Lot's wife did in Genesis 19. 

Once we overcome, Jesus will write upon us the name of His God. Today, there are so many names for God and everyone believes they are calling upon the correct name.

Revelation 3:12, “Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my god: and I will write upon him my new name.”

From the above verse Jesus will not only reveal to us His Father’s holy name but will write it upon us. And as we know from scripture Jesus called Him—Father. I am often amazed at the many names people have for God in Christianity. I won’t name them here for I am sure you know of at least three of them. And each person believing they have the correct holy name of God. God’s name is only revealed to those who overcome based on Revelation 3:12.

Let’s take a look at Revelation 14:1, “And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.” God’s name is so holy that we will only receive His name once we overcome and nobody on earth has overcome yet; therefore, nobody has the correct name of our heavenly Father who is in heaven.

We want desperately for our Father’s kingdom to come here on earth. John 18:36, “Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world…” We want those many blessings that our Father has promised us. No more tears, no more sorrow, no more pain, while living in the abundance of glory with our Saviour and Father.

We want His Will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Everything was created by the Word and Will of God. The Will is the Spirit of God and the Word of God is—God said. Genesis 1:2-3, “And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.”

God will give us our daily bread just enough for that day to preserve us. While we are in the place of safety while others are going through tribulation and God’s judgment, God will provide for His children. Just as He provides for the animals and creatures of the land and sea God will provide for His children during these days.

Matthew 6:26, “Behold the fowls of the air: for they so not, neither do they reap, nor gather into bars; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?”

There is only so much preparation that we can do for these times. Just as Noah prepared for the flood and Joseph prepared for the seven years of famine we too are preparing for our escape. We are preparing mentally, spiritually and physically.

While we are in the place of safety we are asking our Father to forgive us of our many sins, trespasses and debts while we forgive all of those who have sinned and our debtors to us. Matthew 6:15, “But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” We want to pray and humble ourselves so that our heart can be right for the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ.

I Corinthians 10:13, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”

When we stay in our Father’s Word God allows temptation to occur; however, it will never be more than we can bear. Everyone will experience temptation of some sort and by the grace of our Father and our love for Him we will overcome those tests.

We also pray that our Father will deliver us from evil. We know that there is much evil in the world today.

We pray for God’s kingdom to come to earth in all its glory and with all its power. Revelation 21:2, “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” We wait to see this day when the end of this age is no more and Jesus will return and be the King of kings and Lord of lords forever. And as believers in Jesus we pray fervently for this day to come. As we pray the Lord’s Prayer we can’t help but think of all of these miraculous promises from our Father that will soon come to pass.

Once events begin in America they will quickly spiral from there. America will experience plagues, famine and unrest and will no longer be the America that we once knew and appreciated. There won’t be time to gather your belongings, go to the stores, gas up your car, have your car repaired, buy food and water for your journey, buy extra medication, herbal pills or supplies…the time is now. The time to prepare for your journey and escape from the tribulation is now.

I’ll say this again. I am a firm believer that those who are found worthy of escape are those who know they need to escape. God has a plan for all of us. Some will be worthy of escaping the coming trials and tribulations, some will be martyred for the faith and many with ultimately take the mark of the beast.

Today, we as believers in Jesus the Christ must prepare our heart, mind and soul in order to correctly discern and hear from our Father. These days are fast approaching. If you have not repented you need to do so and cuddle up to the Word and seek our Father and trust in Him and Him only. And know that He will be right by your side through it all protecting you as the apple of His eye. 

As we pray to our heavenly Father in heaven let us pray fervently while our eyes are focused on the new Jerusalem.
