Live According to the Word of Yahweh and Not Man

Below is a radio show on false prophets. As Christians we must recognize false prophets when we see and hear them preach. If the scripture or sermon does not coincide with our Father's Word, come from out of that church, fast. Truth is in the Word and scripture backs up scripture, which is truth.

Knowing and examining the scriptures daily allows you to quickly discern man's word, from Yahweh's Word. It is sad to say, but many Christians are blind these days. Not because they were born blind, but because they refused to study and discern truth from falsehood.

You don't have to belong to a church for Yahweh's acceptance; especially when the pastor is teaching falsely. For it is your relationship with Him, your daily repentance, and obedience toward His commandments that  warrants a faithful and true child of Yahweh into the everlasting kingdom. Shalom.

Pastor, You Never Told Me

Pastor,

You never told me… and now, look where I am!

Every Sunday I dressed my best to attend a church that I have been attending all of my life, thirty-eight years to be exact. In fact, it was the church home of my parents and their parents as well. They were married in that church, that sparkling white church on the hill. My husband and I were also married in that church, about 600 guests were in attendance on that lovely day.

We went to church faithfully every Sunday, rain, sleet, summer, or winter. We were dressed in the finest attire from head to toe, sharp as a whistle. We sat — hmm, on the same side of the church, usually the fourth or fifth pew from the altar, so we could get a good look at the pastor, choir, and speakers, if any.

My best friend was also a member of the church, Renee Hanson, remember her? She was on the budget committee. She and her husband and their two children, of whom we were the god-parents, such well respected children, attending one of the finest elementary schools in the country. Remember them?

My husband and I weren’t millionaires, but we never wanted for anything. I gave to charities every year, sometimes twice a year. I smile and speak to people in the stores. I helped an old lady cross the street one day. I even drove my 85-year old aunt to the hospital, in a snow storm, I might add. My husband and I tithed 10% of our income every Sunday and were active members. I even raised $10,674.76 one year at our annual bake off sale. And the next day they congratulated me for all my hard work and the gospel choir sang like they never sang before! The entire congregation was on their feet! The entire church was rocking after I raised that money.

Well, pastor, my best friend and her husband aren’t here… turns out they repented regularly and had a closer relationship with our heavenly Father than my husband and I. I never knew repentance was a major factor in salvation… you never told me. Renee and I were friends for 20 years, but the conversation on repentance never came up. I guess they thought we already knew. Well, now that I think back, I do remember them saying something about repenting, studying and gaining knowledge from some of the Apocrypha books as well. But, my favorite movie was on at the time.

But how did they know, pastor? You didn't tell them either. The answer is simple, they had fellowship with each other everyday. They read their Bibles, meditated on scriptures and repented daily. My husband and I did not. Pastor, you never told me I needed to do all of those things. I thought church was all I needed. And now, I’m being thrown into the lake of fire from a lack of knowledge. I heard that scripture before, but I thought it meant educational knowledge, not spiritual knowledge. And I definitely didn’t think it had anything to do with salvation. And now, I stand here in this place that was reserved for Satan and his angels. Thinking on how I ended up here. Pastor, you never told me.

Will you look over there, to my left! It’s Mrs. Haden from down the street. That nice old lady. She’s here?! She gave out cookies, food, and candy to the neighborhood children everyday and... what! My aunt Lucy?! She went to church everyday but Saturday. And was always singing and praising our Lord Yeshua. And look, there’s Uncle Bob... well, I had a feeling he’d be here. Next to him... look there’s my husband. He's seventh in line. The sins of his youth were enormous. And as a broker he misguided some of his clients, but it was only a few, and it was for the better of the company, so he thought. Ooh! And look, there’s his boss, up next. Ouch! Huh, that’s gotta hurt, ouch! Whew-wee! Pastor, you never told me!

I believed in my Father God Yahweh, I did, I truly did. But he said he never knew me. And... well, who can argue with God? His judgments are fair. So, pastor, there’s no repenting now, life on earth is over, but if I only had one more hour. One more minute. I would repent for everything that I’ve done knowingly and unknowingly; for all the sins of my youth, including that abortion at 18, and sex before marriage; and that $5 necklace I stole when I was 15. Oh, and for regularly gossiping about folks, especially that man with one... well, not worth saying. I'd repent for cursing, and for not honestly helping the needy. I don’t know the name of that charity that I gave to yearly, I didn't really care about those children. I'd repent for watching those dirty movies on Friday evenings and even on the Sabbath. There's so much more. If I only had one more hour! One more minute!

My righteous acts didn’t outweigh my unrighteous acts. I didn’t know what that meant until now. Pastor, you never told me, but then again my salvation wasn’t up to you. I always thought in order to go to heaven you had to belong to a church. I guess I was wrong again because I do not see my neighbor, Carol or her husband here. They never went to church. She always mentioned something about home Bible study or home fellowship... I don't remember.

Matthew 18:20, “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

Oh, wait! That reminds me. If I had one more minute, I'd ask God to forgive me for that time I... I can't tell you my name has been called.

DON’T GET TO HELL, TO FINALLY WAKE UP!

WAKE UP NOW—REPENT!

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou has rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” Hosea 4:6

The Sixth Seal is at the Door

The Sixth Seal of Revelation is Fast Approaching

Now, because the sixth seal is fast approaching, it is time for us to get ourselves ready mentally, physically and spiritually. It is time for us to get right with our Father, asking him to search our heart for any impurities that we may have.

Tonight we are going to discuss the importance of forgiving; the importance of repenting; and the silent oppressor. Right now we’re going to begin our lesson on the topic of forgiveness. Let’s go to our opening scripture from the book of Mark 11:25, and we always have our scripture readings from the King James Version Bible, and it reads, “And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have aught against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses,”

FORGIVENESS

If we have unforgiveness in our heart it is time to forgive those whom have hurt us or mad us angry. For we know through scripture Jesus/Yeshua tells us in Matthew 6:14-15 “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” What that verse is saying is, you must forgive in order for our Father to forgive you. It doesn’t say, only forgive certain people and certain actions, or forgive this person and not this person—no, it doesn’t say that; you must forgive in order for our Father to forgive you. You don’t want to have an unforgiving spirit to be the result of non-salvation. You don’t want to let another person be the reason why you miss the mark for entering into the everlasting kingdom.

Many Christians say their prayers every night and perhaps throughout the day, and never ask our Father to search the heart and remove those impurities. Matthew 15:19-20 says, “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.” A lot of times we hear people saying, “Follow your heart.” Your heart is the most wicked vessel in the body. Jesus/Yeshua is saying it’s better to eat with dirty hands, than to rely on your heart; For it is the heart that defileth a man, not a mouth full of dirt. Jesus/Yeshua is making that comparison in that scripture.

Now, when we know that we have impurities we must ask the Father to remove them. We don’t have to live with them and say, “Oh well, that’s just me, that’s how I am.” Or “That’s just one of my faults.” When you say phrases such as those, you are saying that our Father is not big enough, or mighty enough to handle your situation. He’s not powerful enough to remove those faults.

A lot of times when Christians go to church they don’t realize that our Father has a certain order for everything. When we bring our gift to the altar we are to be pure before our Father. Matthew 5:23-24 and it reads, “Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath aught against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.” So what Jesus/Yeshua is saying here is our Father does not want our gifts when we have unforgiveness in the heart. You must first go and reconcile with the person you are angry with. You’re going to the altar to pray, to ask for forgiveness yourself; you’re asking our Father to watch over your family, to protect you and your household; but yet, you’re harboring an unforgiving spirit. And our Father knows all, so this won’t be something that you can hide form him. Or immediately go to that person and say, “I forgive you,” and still have it in your heart. On the outside it may look as though you have forgiven that individual; however, your Father knows the heart.

This is so very important because as stated earlier we are awaiting for the sixth seal to occur. And for those of you who are familiar with the book of Revelation and the book of Daniel you have realized and have come to the knowledge that we are now living in the fourth kingdom. And this kingdom will not pass away before Yeshua comes to this earth. So that is why it is very important to ask our Father to search the heart and remove those impurities so that we can be found worthy to stand before the Son of man without blemish.

REPENTING

Now the next subject we want to focus on today is repenting. A lot of times when we read our Father’s Word certain verses stand out more than others in our mind. One of those verses for me is Luke 13:24, where it reads, “Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.” This verse really stood out for me because what it is saying is many not a few, not a couple, but many, will seek to enter into our Father’s kingdom and will not be able. So if many are seeking into our Father’s kingdom only a few only a few, will be able to enter. So what this verse is saying is many will not enter into our Father’s kingdom, there’s only a few that will. And the other verse that stood out for me is Matthew 7:13-14 and it reads, “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” Once again there’s only a few that will find this Way of everlasting life.

And when I pondered over this for a while I thought, “Wow!” There’s some 7 billion people in the world and only a few will make it to the kingdom. Why is that? So after I started doing more studying on why only few will make it to the kingdom, I learned that there are a lot of reasons why; however, the lack of repentance is one of the main reasons. A lot of Christians today are not repenting. We must repent for those sins that we know we have committed and honestly repent for those sins that we unknowingly have committed.

Now the sins that we have knowingly committed are going to be easy to recognize; therefore, we repent for those sins. However, to faithfully repent means that we will continue to take up the cross daily and attempt to walk righteously so we do not commit those sins again. Also, we must pray that we do not fall short and fall into temptation. So repenting has somewhat three phases we must repent of the sin, and ask our Father to search the heart in order to remove that sin, and keep us from the temptation of committing that sin again.

Now, it is highly important to read and study our Father’s Word so we have an understanding of what sin is. There are a lot of Christians who think just because they don’t kill, steal, or murder and basically are nice people they have a shoe-in to our Father’s kingdom and those of us who know and study and understand our Father’s Word, realize that being good does not get you into heaven. There are books that are kept on everybody in this world up in heaven—in other words; records are kept on us in heaven. For we know when we read Revelation 20:12 we read “And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.”

Our Father has books on our righteous acts and our unrighteous acts. Each time we commit a righteous act it gets written down in heaven. And each time we commit an unrighteous act it also, gets written down in heaven. That is why we must repent every day, throughout the day. Our brother Yeshua is on his way, the time is near, the signs are here. The days of playing “church” are over. It is time to earnestly repent for our sins.

Let’s talk about a few things that most don’t consider a sin. Let’s begin with gossip, and some of you may say, “Gossip! Everybody gossips!” And you’re right. Gossip is a common sin among Christians because we find it so easy to justify. For example, some Christians often spread gossip packaged as “prayer requests.” Let me give you an example, “Please pray for my niece, she’s having her fourth child and the daddy is nowhere to be found, her other baby daddy’s are in jail or no good, and my niece can hardly support herself, so please pray for her.”

Some of you may be laughing; however, these so-called prayer requests in the form of gossip happen all the time. Romans 1:28-32 gossip and backbiting are terrible sins worthy of death. In those verses they refer to gossip as whisperers. So Romans 1:28-32 is one of those scriptures that if you are gossiper you may want to read over that often. Gossip is sharing private information, whether true or false, to those who are neither part of the problem nor the solution. Let’s read Leviticus 19:16 “Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I am the LORD.” A talebearer is someone who gossips. Proverbs 20:19 says, “He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips.” So here the Word is saying, don’t even associate with a talebearer. And Proverbs 11:13 says, “A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.” Proverbs 18:8 says, “The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly.”

Now I use gossip as an example because it is something that we all have done at some point and time. I used the example because it is a common thing to do. But when we know the Word we want to ask our Father for forgiveness, we want to repent and ask our Father to remove the spirit of gossip from among us. We don’t want to have a list of gossip written down in our book under unrighteous acts. So when we gossip it keeps getting written down in the book as an unrighteous act, and we want our righteous acts to outweigh our unrighteous acts.

Now, you don’t have to wait until you go to church to repent of your sins; for some Christians are not repenting even when they go to the church. Repenting is not something that you have to do in church, repenting does not have to be done with a pastor, repenting is not something that is done only certain days of the week; repenting can be done any day, at any time, with our Father. When we have that alone time with him, conversing and connecting and drawing nearer to him, this is when repenting can take place. As Hosea 4:6 states, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou has rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee…”

Now our Father has given us his letter, written to his children. If you reject that knowledge, he in turn will reject you. Therefore, you can’t stand before our Father and say, “I didn’t know, nobody told me!” When he’s sent you a letter, when all you had to do was read it; and when you come across something that you don’t understand, all you have to do is ask him for understanding and wisdom and he’ll give it to you because you’re seeking the kingdom first.

THE SILENT OPPRESSOR

When we think of oppressing we think of someone who is intentionally stopping another person from doing what they want. But what is the real definition of an oppressor Oppression is the exercise of authority or power in a burdensome, cruel, or unjust manner. It can also be defined as an act or instance of oppressing, the state of being oppressed, and the feeling of being heavily burdened, mentally or physically, by troubles, adverse conditions, and anxiety caused by others. It derives from the concept of weighted-down.

To oppress someone who have kept them from performing the duties of life that may make them more enjoyable. The oppressor has stopped that person from enjoying his or her life. They have hindered that person from performing such acts that are accustomed to, want or need in order to survive in this world. Now, the Bible makes it clear in the book of Isaiah that the oppressors will serve those whom they have oppressed.

Now this is a touchy subject because most people do not think on this level, like Hosea 4 states that people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Now, I’m going to give a few examples because that will probably be easier. If you are a supervisor and you deliberately fire people just because you can, you are oppressing them. You have taken away their means of food, water and shelter, you have set them back. Now, there may be some individuals who need to be terminated after numerous warnings; however, if you fire simply because you can, you are oppressing that individual.

Next example, if you are a teacher or instructor who dislikes a student for no particular reason and you fail them or have them suspended or expelled, you are oppressing them. You have made their situation challenging because now they must repeat the class, or repeat the subject or possibly will not be accepted into the college of their choice, for being expelled, suspended or failing. Believe it or not, there are individuals who take delight in oppressing someone. Whether it’s done knowingly or unknowingly there are people who delight in this action. I don’t think people wake up and say, “Who can I oppress today?” But their actions are that of an oppressor.

If you are a co-worker who rises to the top by stepping on others, and spreading false lies about them where they don’t climb the latter as well—you are oppressing them. We’ll just do a couple more. If you are a person who loves to battle in the court, and you’re anxiously always wanting to resolve every situation with a lawsuit with someone; or you are always recommending to others that they sue somebody, who may or may not have the means or finances—you are oppressing them, especially if they really don’t have the means or finances—you are oppressing them.

Now, don’t get me wrong, there are some instances, where certain actions need to be resolved through the court system, but for those actions that are simply done out of hate, and revenge—you are oppressing the other party. The court system can mentally and physically drain a person. You are making their life less enjoyable and possibly will result in them paying fines and fees for that which they do not have. You are oppressing them.

There are some who will say, “I don’t believe that oppression stuff, they deserve whatever happens for the way that they treated me!” If it’s just about your feelings then you really need to spend time with our Father. Because now you’re thinking as the ways of the world, Jesus/Yeshua says, “You can be in this world, but not of this world.” And that’s what we want to do. We want to walk in Jesus/Yeshua’s ways. For we know that Jesus/Yeshua’s ways are not of this world.

These are actions—unrighteous acts, that most Christians do not think about. When we are walking in love, and taking up the cross daily we are not so quick to oppress others. And there are many other ways to oppress somebody; however, as Christians we must stop, identify, and think about our actions and why we are partaking in such actions. We may have a few bondages that we need our Father to remove form us.

Now the thing with oppressing is, each day we let it continue is a mark under our unrighteous acts. For example, if we conduct a righteous act on Saturday and Sunday, but we have this unrighteous oppression act in the books each day that we don’t fix it and then repent from this sin, that act alone is going to outweigh the righteous acts, because it’s in the books everyday. See our people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

You don’t want to get to our Father’s kingdom and be servants and handmaids, when we know in the book of Isaiah that those who have oppressed that did not go into the lack of fire, will be our servants and handmaids. You want to enjoy the fruits of salvation; remember, what you reap on earth, will be sown in heaven. If you are oppressing others or just one person, by any means, you must repent and fix the issue.

Now we’ve covered three topics today, forgiveness, repenting, and oppressing. The time is at hand to get your house and life in order, so that you may be found worthy to escape the coming calamity that is fast approaching and to stand in front of the Son of man without blemish. The sixth seal is drawing near and the time now is to repent.

Now our closing scripture for today is from the book of Matthew 5:16 this is Jesus/Yeshua preaching the sermon on the mount and he says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

If you’re oppressing someone, stop and repent; if you have unforgiveness in your heart, ask the Father to search your heart for impurities that you may walk in the light as children of the light; repent to our Father in the name of Jesus/Yeshua, so that you may be found worthy to stand in front the Son of man without blemish.

Until next time, keep on the full armour of our Father Yahweh, never letting the lusts and cares of the world keep you from eternal salvation. Shalom.
