Divine Appointments and Divine Tests

God does not place people in our lives randomly. Every connection carries weight. Some arrive like sunlight—steady encouragement, gentle correction, holy motivation. They stir something higher in us. They remind us who we are in Christ. They challenge us to grow. Others arrive as a test. Not every smile is an assignment. Not every opportunity is a blessing. Some relationships measure our obedience. Some conversations expose our loyalty. Some invitations reveal whether we value approval from people more than alignment with God. And here is the humbling truth: we are also sent into the lives of others. Sometimes we are the encouragement. Sometimes we are the warning. Sometimes we are the lesson. Sometimes we are the test. God may position you in someone’s life to strengthen their faith—or to reveal the condition of their heart.
