God Hears You

There are moments when heaven feels quiet.

You pray once. Then again. Then again—adding more words, more urgency, more emotion. You whisper in the morning. You repeat it at noon. You kneel again at night. You wait for a sign, a shift, a signal that your request has reached its destination.

When nothing changes, doubt begins to circle.

Did He hear me?
Should I pray louder?
Should I fast longer?
Should I repeat it one more time?

We assume silence means absence.

It does not.

Our Father does not require volume. He is not persuaded by repetition or intensity. He knows the request before it forms on your lips. He understands the burden before you articulate it. He sees the ache behind the words.

Most of all, He knows your heart.

Sometimes what we ask for is sincere—but mistimed. Sometimes it is heartfelt—but incomplete. Sometimes it would harm us if granted immediately. And sometimes what we think is provision would actually derail His greater purpose.

We pray from perspective.

He answers from eternity.

There are prayers you have prayed that were lovingly delayed. There are requests you have made that were quietly redirected. There are desires He intends to fulfill—but in a way larger than you imagined.

God is not hurried.

He is precise.

We live in minutes and deadlines. He operates in purpose and fulfillment. What feels late to us is never late to Him. What feels like denial may simply be preparation.

Patience is not passive. It is trust stretched over time.

If you have prayed and heaven seems silent, remain steady. Continue walking. Continue obeying. Continue believing. The answer may already be unfolding in ways you cannot yet see.

He will not leave you. He will not forget you. He will not mismanage your need.

Trust Him.

He hears you.

And when He answers, it will be according to His will—exact, sufficient, and right on time.

Rapture of God's People

Remember the Month Abib The Gathering of God’s People Exodus 12:42, “It is a night to be much observed unto the LORD for bringing them out from the land of Egypt: this is that night of the LORD to be observed of all the children of Israel in their generations:” Exodus 13:4; 9, “This day came ye out in the month Abib. And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the LORD’S law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt.” Exodus 34:18, “…for in the month Abib thou camest out from Egypt.” Deuteronomy 16:1, “Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover unto the LORD thy God: for in the month of Abib the LORD thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.” Biblically speaking we know that God wanted the children of Israel to remember and observe the month Abib. And when the Bible makes reference to Egypt it is referring to the literal country and also spiri...

If I Were the Devil

Understanding the Ways of Satan II If I Were Satan If I were the devil the first mission I would undertake is to destroy God’s people so that they all will worship me and my image. Revelation 12:17, “And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. If I were the devil I would make sure that prayer is taken out all the schools and public places in order for people to pray for my country rather than to God. Luke 22:36, Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.” If I were the devil I would make it so every person feared the government and police more than they fear God. I would make them all trusting in the government more than they trust God. Matthew 10:28, “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: ...

Prayer and the Portals of Heaven

From the Desk of Sister Abigail Kneeling Before God This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it! When I was a little girl, my grandmother would pray, by keeling down over the bed. She would be so engrossed in prayer, that she wouldn't even know that I had entered the room and knelt down by the bed beside her. I'd stay there, say a short prayer of whatever was on my youthful mind at the time, then remain silent until she finished. When my grandmother was finished, she surprisingly looked over at me, would smile the biggest smile and say, “How long have you been in here?” I'd smile back. Then she'd give me a kiss, and we'd arise from our knelt position and go on about our day. I did this often as a child, but somewhere along the line... that stopped. But today, on this day, upon awakening, I was reminded of my grandmother. Those memories of her praying by the bed filled my mind as if it occurred yesterday. I then got out...
